Talking Heads - series #1 / A***

'Talking Heads' is a series of wall automata, consisting of 8 unique works. Each automaton is a raw head, made from recycled wood. The mouth (carved from linden wood) begins to 'speak' as soon as you turn the handle.

Each head is shaped like a letter. This A*** is the last of 8 letters that – when hanging side by side – form the word 'AUTOMATA' . Each automaton also stands – or rather 'hangs' – on its own.
